Dickinson moves up in class for Jenny Wiley

Dickinson takes on top distaffers Time And Motion, Lady Eli and Catch A Glimpse on her G1 debut in the Jenny Wiley Stakes (18.12hrs local time) on turf at Keeneland, USA, on Saturday, April 15.

The five-year-old Medaglia D’Oro mare, who is trained by Kiaran McLaughlin, has blossomed since switching to grass and heads into the extended mile contest on the back of a straightforward half-length victory in the nine-furlong G2 Hillsborough Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs on March 11.

She quickened well for a comfortable success in the G3 Suwannee River Stakes over the same trip at Gulfstream Park on February 11, and was fourth in the extended mile G3 Marshua's River Stakes at the same course on January 14.

Dickinson, who breaks from stall four in a field of eight and is ridden by Paco Lopez for the second consecutive time, ended her 2016 campaign with easy wins on turf in allowance optional claimers at Belmont Park and Parx.

Kiaran McLaughlin commented: "This is obviously a very tough race but G1 races are supposed to be hard. Dickinson is doing great and is up for the challenge.

"Maybe we can get lucky with Lady Eli and Time And Motion both coming back from layoffs, while Dickinson is in very good form at the moment.

"It would be a success if she can place in this company."
